Wastewater is transported to the facility, stored in a Storage Tank, and transferred into the Aerobic Digester Tank. In the Aerobic Digester Tank, there is continuous stirring of the wastewater with our proprietary mix of microbes which assist in decomposition and aerobic fermentation. All gasses produced by the decomposition process, pass through a patented deodorization device (Odour-Prevention Facility) creating an odour-free environment. The Heat Exchanger continuously circulates heat from the fermentation process to dry the bio-solids turning them into a sustainable end product that can be used as pellets, fuel, compost, etc.
